The hotel's setting in a peaceful suburb of New Bagan, near enough to walk to the restaurants etc, and its excellent view of the pagodas from the breakfast terrace. The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional, helping with day trips and offering competitive prices.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they did their best to fulfill our requests. The hotel had a nice garden and a rooftop bar where we could enjoy the views of the city. We also appreciated the fact that they offered bike rentals, which made it easy for us to explore the area.
The hotel wasn't in the best location, we had to walk quite a bit to get to the main attractions. The room was okay, but nothing special, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The rooms are well-appointed with working AC and elegant design, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's location in a quiet residential area of New Bagan offers a peaceful retreat away from the touristy atmosphere of Old Bagan. The staff is friendly and attentive, going the extra mile to accommodate guests' needs. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace is a highlight, with stunning views of the surrounding temples and hot air balloons floating in the distance.
All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, exceeding expectations.

The location of the hotel is great, with a restaurant called Silver restaurant nearby, offering a wide variety of dishes. the rooftop terrace provides an excellent view of the temples and the surrounding area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the staff is very helpful and can assist with getting around the sites, ensuring a smooth stay.
The hotel lacks a restaurant on-site, so guests may need to venture out for meals if they haven't preordered.

Spent New Year's at a hidden gem! Loved the location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. the staff was pleasant, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the area. the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. Rooms were impeccably clean with comfortable beds ready to get a good night's sleep.
